Con el objetivo de potenciar el turismo en territorio panguense y al celebrarse en este mes de septiembre el Día Internacional del Turismo, el Gobierno Municipal de El Pangui a través de la Unidad y Comisión de Turismo ha organizado una amplia agenda de actividades que iniciaron el 07 de septiembre y se extienden hasta el domingo 01 de octubre.
Klever Juepa, concejal y presidente de la Comisión de Turismo del ayuntamiento explicó que las actividades programadas buscan fortalecer el potencial turístico que existe en el cantón y como institución municipal están trabajando en esta importante área.
Asimismo, dio a conocer que dentro de la planificación constan actividades como capacitaciones, conferencias, visitas a la Cueva de Kunki, Cascada Namakuntza, Muelle de Chuchumbletza y el último día el Gran Festival de la Orquídea y Feria de Emprendimientos en el Parque La Boa, el domingo 01 de octubre.
Por su parte, Byron Angüisaca, técnico de la Unidad de Turismo, indicó que la serie de eventos y actividades para conmemorar esta importante fecha, entre las que destacan “capacitaciones, salidas de campo, observación de aves y otras actividades como el Primer Simposio Regional de Turismo y Producción” contarán con el apoyo del Ministerio de Turismo, la Universidad Estatal Amazónica sede El Pangui y la Prefectura de Zamora Chinchipe.
La agenda de actividades es la siguiente:
Jueves 07 de septiembre, 09h00: Capacitación en servicio al cliente a canoeros, en el Muelle de Chuchumbletza
Sábado 09 de septiembre, 09h00: Recorrido ecoturístico a la Cueva de Kunki.
Viernes 15 y sábado 16 de septiembre, 09h00: Capacitación en turismo de aventura, en la cascada Namakuntza y Muelle de Chuchumbletza, respectivamente.
Domingo 24 de septiembre, 09h00: Aviturismo en la Ruta Cóndor Mirador.
Miércoles 27 de septiembre, 20h00: Elección de la Reina de la Feria Provincial del Turismo FEPTURY Zamora 2023.
Jueves 28 de septiembre, 09h00: Primer Simposio Regional de Turismo y Producción con ponentes del Ministerio del Turismo y Universidad Estatal Amazónica sede El Pangui en el Salón Auditorio Municipal.
Viernes 29 de septiembre, 09h00: Festival acuático en el Muelle de Chuchumbletza.
