Zamora, 15 de agosto de 2024 – En horas de la mañana la Policía Nacional del Ecuador recibió una alerta del Ecu 911 notificando la presencia de una persona sin signos vitales dentro de la pileta del Parque Lineal.
El personal se movilizó al lugar para realizar las verificaciones correspondientes, constatando un presunto ahogamiento del ciudadano José O. de 70 años, sin antecedentes judiciales pendientes., quien aparentemente se encontraba en estado de embriaguez. Se constató que el cuerpo no presentaba signos de violencia.
Nuestras unidades de la DINASED y Criminalística, se encuentran realizando el trabajo técnico-científico en el lugar. El cuerpo será trasladado al centro forense de la ciudad de Loja para la necropsia de ley, a fin de que los médicos forenses determinen la causa precisa del fallecimiento.
La Policía Nacional del Ecuador continuará con las diligencias investigativas correspondientes, actuando de manera inmediata para esclarecer todos los detalles del caso.
