Atención gratuita, seguimiento médico, consultas, valoraciones médicas y derivaciones al Seguro Social, es lo que los funcionarios del GAD municipal de Chinchipe pueden acceder a través de la Unidad de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional (USSO) que la actual administración ha creado con el fin de brindar a los servidores municipales atención médica inmediata.
“La máxima autoridad municipal busca precautelar la salud de los funcionarios, es por ello que la unidad de seguridad y salud ocupacional está trabajando para levantar la historia clínica de los servidores municipales con el objetivo de hacer el acompañamiento en la salud de cada uno”, expresó Julio Jaramillo, director administrativo de la institución.
Es la primera vez que dentro de la institución municipal se ha implementado este servicio. La USSO tiene como fin dos aristas cumplir con la norma en seguridad y precautelar la salud de los funcionarios municipales.
