El GAD Municipal de Zamora, a través de la Dirección de Gestión Social, dictó un taller teórico práctico de «Elaboración de Productos Lácteos yogurt natural» a los integrantes del Club del Adulto Mayor de la Cuenca del Jambue.
El taller se realizó en articulación con el Puesto de Salud de la Pituca, donde 30 personas fueron capacitadas exitosamente.
Durante el taller, los participantes aprendieron sobre los pasos y técnicas para la elaboración de yogurt natural de manera casera. Esto les permitirá mejorar su alimentación y generar ingresos adicionales a través de la venta de este producto lácteo.
«Estamos muy contentos de haber podido brindar esta capacitación a nuestros adultos mayores. Es importante que puedan adquirir nuevos conocimientos y habilidades que les permitan tener una mejor calidad de vida», comentó Manuel González, alcalde de Zamora..
Esta iniciativa forma parte de los programas que el GAD Municipal de Zamora desarrolla para promover el bienestar y el envejecimiento activo de la población adulta mayor del cantón.
