En el marco de las atribuciones y competencias que nos embiste la Ley, el Gobernador Absalón Campoverde, en búsqueda de dotar el mejor servicio a nivel provincial, ha considerado pertinente la implementación de la Tenencia Política de la parroquia Nuevo Quito, que permitirá fortalecer la gobernabilidad en territorio, logrando resolver múltiples conflictos sociales existentes en la localidad.
Es por ello que con el tradicional corte de cinta, se realizó la inauguración y entrega oficial de la nueva Tenencia Política.
“Es un honor decir que en esta parroquia contamos con una Tenencia Política, donde trabajaremos mancomunadamente con las instituciones pertinentes para velar por el bienestar y seguridad ciudadana de quienes habitan este rincón próspero y acogedor” resaltó el representante del ejecutivo.
De este evento también participó el Alcalde del cantón Paquisha Paul Rodríguez, Tenienta Política de la parroquia Jessica Gonza, Comisaria del cantón Carmen Viñan, delegado del Cuerpo de Bomberos y ciudadanía en general.
